1. CHECK-IN TIME IS AFTER 2 p.m. AND CHECK-OUT TIME IS BEFORE 12 noon. NO Early Check-ins. You must depart at the appropriate
time.
2. This is a NONSMOKING house.
3. Pets are not permitted.
4. We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian
or parent.
5. RESERVATION - A 1000 SKR, or $150 USD reservation payment per week is required. This fee must be received in order
to hold the reservation. The payment is applied toward rent and is nonrefundable.
6. PAYMENT- Please make payments in the form of a bankgiro deposit, or a check made out to Magnus Sweger. The BALANCE
OF RENT is due one month before your arrival date.
7. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY- The maximum number of guests is limited to 6 persons.
8. THIS PROPERTY REQUIRES A ONE WEEK MINIMUM STAY. If a rental is taken for less than one week, the guest will be charged
the one-week rate.
9. NO MAID SERVICE- You are responsible for your own towels, linens, and for cleaning up before you leave.
10. PENALTY FEE- If the house has not been properly cleaned you will be asked to pay 500 SKR or $75 USD fee.
